My original blog draft got yeeted by lurk and I don't feel like trying to remember and retype it, so we're gonna pivot in an on-theme fashion. For a long time, I was very rigid in my ideas and would become inconsolable if they had to change for any reason. I wanted everything to go exactly how it did in my head, and if it didn't, my whole world came crashing down. I've slowly learned to get over this, realizing that the ability to adapt would only strengthen my creative process. I'm nowhere near perfect, but I've come a long way in managing my emotions and redirecting. So, if you're ever upset by something not working how you want it to, just remember: Your life will evolve, Your work will evolve. YOU will evolve. Still not much to report. I've gotten pretty settled in, though my stuff is still kinda all over the place. I got my cat one of those litter robot automatic litter boxes, and it's honestly such a game changer. I always struggled to keep scooping the litter a consistent part of my schedule, but now I just have to make sure there's enough litter and empty out a tray once a week or so. I also don't have much art related stuff to share, my classes aren't really drawing heavy right now and my craft room is nowhere near organized enough to do stuff in.
